The Theory of the VinoMagic Aerator
The magic wine accessory - VinoMagic Aerators are exquisite glass bowls with a spout at one end and a tube fitted with
a seal at the other. Insert the end with the seal into the neck
of an open bottle of wine (cork or screw-top) and pour the wine through the VinoMagic aerator into a glass.
Adjust the angle of pouring such that the wine swirls in the glass bowl as it pours through the VinoMagic aerator. Start
with an angle of around 45° and adjust it to achieve the best action.
The action of pouring wine through the VinoMagic Aerator and causing the wine to swirl aggressively in
the VinoMagic glass bowl, instantly aerates the wine, reducing the tannins and acidity of the wine, and improving
the flavour of the wine.
When the air bubbles in the wine fade away you will find that it has now 'breathed' and opened up its bouquet/aroma. This is the point at which to
enjoy your improved wine.
Caring for your VinoMagic Aerator
The VinoMagic aerator is made from quality glassware so you can place it directly into a dishwasher
or simply flush through with clean water after useage.
Using your VinoMagic Aerator
The seal on the VinoMagic aerator is designed to fit the majority
of wine bottles on sale today, be they fitted with a cork or a screwcap.

2) Aerate the wine. Make sure the wine is exposed and infused with air. The
Vinomagic will do this instantly as you pour. |
3) Glass design. Many glasses are designed to
maximise the the aroma and flavour of a particular type of wine. Generally a large bowl for Red Wine and a slimmer narrower
glass for White Wine |
